We're building the technology that lets any organization create broadcast-quality live video without the broadcast budget.
For too long, professional multi-camera video production has been locked behind expensive equipment, specialized knowledge, and production crews that only large organizations could afford.
We believe every youth soccer game deserves the same production quality as a professional match. Every school play should be viewable by grandparents across the country. Every small community organization should be able to reach their community online.
HodieLive combines AI, cloud computing, and modern streaming protocols to make this possible. Our platform handles the complexity so you can focus on what matters: your content and your community.
Complex technology should be invisible to the user. If it requires specialized training, we haven't finished building it.
Our AI assists with tedious tasks so directors can focus on creative decisions. You're always in control.
Professional production quality should be accessible to organizations of any size with any budget.
HodieLive was born from a simple frustration: watching a youth soccer tournament where parents were desperately trying to record their kids' games on phones, missing key moments while fumbling with settings, only to end up with shaky footage they'd never watch again.
Meanwhile, professional sports broadcasts had multiple camera angles, instant replays, and expert directors making split-second decisions about which shot to show. Why couldn't that same experience be accessible to everyone?
The technology existed in pieces. Cloud computing made processing power affordable. AI had advanced enough to understand video content. Modern streaming protocols could deliver low-latency video anywhere in the world. What was missing was someone to put it all together in a way that non-technical users could actually use.
That became our mission. We built a platform where AI handles the technical decisions—which camera to show, when to switch, how to encode—while humans retain creative control. The result is broadcast-quality production that anyone can operate.

Ali leads engineering and architecture at HodieLive. A distributed-systems engineer with three decades designing multi-tenant platforms — from real-time communications infrastructure to cloud-native SaaS — he holds a Master's in networking and distributed systems from Pierre et Marie Curie University (Paris VI) and is an inventor on US patents for distributed, multi-tenant communications architectures with dynamic resource provisioning. At HodieLive he owns the technical platform end-to-end: the real-time video pipeline, AI-driven camera switching, multi-cloud provisioning across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, and the edge streaming agents running on phones and cameras.
Yasmine leads product and growth at HodieLive — customer discovery, go-to-market, early sales, and the community building around the platform. A University of Victoria BCom graduate, bilingual in English and French, she built her career around customer-facing team leadership: from supervising front-of-house operations at Burgoo Bistro in North Vancouver, to marketing and service coordination at Plaisir Gourmand in Paris, to community programming at La Société francophone de Victoria. At HodieLive she owns go-to-market, partnerships, customer success, and the community around making broadcast-quality streaming accessible to youth sports, schools, and houses of worship.
We didn't adapt existing broadcast technology for the cloud—we built a new architecture from the ground up.
Our infrastructure scales automatically with demand. Whether you're running one event or a hundred, you get the same performance and reliability.
Our AI models are trained specifically for live video switching, understanding context like ball position in sports or speaker changes in conferences.
WebRTC delivery means directors see camera feeds with minimal delay, and viewers experience near-real-time streaming that feels live.
Every feature we build starts with a real problem our customers face. We're not interested in technology for technology's sake.
The best interface is no interface. We continuously work to eliminate complexity and automate anything that can be automated.
Live events can't have do-overs. We build with redundancy and failsafes because your graduation or championship game only happens once.
Video technology evolves rapidly. We stay at the cutting edge so our customers always have access to the best available tools.
"Hodie" is Latin for "today". It reflects our philosophy that every moment matters and every event deserves to be captured professionally—not tomorrow, not someday, but today.
It also represents our commitment to making professional production accessible right now, without waiting for budgets, without hiring crews, without extensive training. With HodieLive, you can go live today.
